NAGPUR: Hong Kong captain Tanwir Afzal opted to bat in a dead rubber against Scotland, who were chasing their first win at an ICC event in 20 attempts since the 1999 World Cup.Preston Mommsen, the Scotland captain, conceded that he had preferred to bat as well, on a cracked pitch in Nagpur that showed signs of turn in the first match of the day between Afghanistan and Zimbabwe.Scotland made three changes – Con de Lange, the left-arm spinner, came in for off-spinner Michael Leask.
